No Refund, No Return Policy for Inspirational Accessories

At Gospel Heart, we take great pride in offering thoughtfully curated, inspirational accessories that are made to inspire and empower. Because of the personal nature of these items, and to keep our prices affordable, we have the following policy:

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of our products and to ensure that we continue to offer the best prices, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once purchased. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, we are committed to making it right. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will provide a replacement, exchange or refund for items that are defective or incorrectly sent.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at gospelheartinfo@yahoo.com.

Gift Card Disclaimer:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash (except where required by law). Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards are redeemable only at www.GospelHeart.ca or by calling 647-886-2882 and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. No service fees or expiration dates apply. Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
